Service terms

Scope

These terms describe use of DeployLint’s hosted GitHub integration, dashboard, pipeline setup, maintenance and agent tools. The service is provided by DeployLint. Questions and support requests can be sent to support@deploylint.com. The privacy notice explains data handling.

Authorized use and repository access

Connect only accounts and repositories you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your repository content, access choices, secrets, approvals and deployment configuration. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, unlawful activity or interference with other users. Your repository content remains yours; you authorize the processing and GitHub operations needed to provide the features you request.

Review generated changes

Review generated workflows, settings and credential requirements before merging or deploying. Setup and maintenance pull requests do not automatically merge. Detection of a framework or host is not a guarantee that deployment generation is supported. Checks, policy decisions and signed receipts describe the evidence evaluated; they do not guarantee that software is secure, compliant or free of defects.

Enforcement depends on your GitHub plan, permissions, installed protection rules and workflow configuration. Advisory results do not block releases. Deployments outside the configured path are not made safe by the presence of a DeployLint check.

Plans, subscriptions and trials

Free and paid features have the limits shown in the dashboard. Before a purchase, checkout shows the price, billing interval and applicable payment details. A recurring subscription renews according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Manage cancellation through the billing page or contact support if access is unavailable. Uninstalling the GitHub App does not itself cancel a subscription.

Complimentary Team access granted by an owner lasts 14 days and may be extended to 30 days total. Complimentary access does not automatically charge a payment method. Existing paid subscriptions are separate from complimentary access.

For a billing error or refund request, contact support with the relevant receipt reference, without card details or secrets. Any rights or refund promises applicable to an earlier purchase remain in effect; these hosted-service terms do not retroactively replace the terms of the earlier one-time pilot.

Availability and third-party services

DeployLint depends on GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe and, where applicable, your deployment provider. Their availability, rules and fees may affect use. No uptime or response-time commitment is included unless separately agreed in writing. Service changes and maintenance may interrupt functionality. Maintain your own backups and a reviewed recovery process.

Stopping use and changes

You can stop repository access through GitHub and revoke agent credentials in the dashboard. Contact support for account-data requests. Historical retention is described in the privacy notice. Material changes to service terms will be published here with a revised date and apply prospectively; nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
